SHOEBOX APPEAL 2026

For the past few years, St Michael's Church have been part of a shoebox appeal from Link to Hope. We are asking the generous people of Waddington to consider filling a shoebox for a family or an elderly person- not just a child.

Your shoeboxes will go to the poorest people in Ukraine, Moldova, Bulgaria and Romania.

The list contains items for all family members and includes different items. These range from shower gel/shampoo, family games, stationary items, gifts for mum and dad as well as sweets, soft toys, hats, scarves etc

There is still time to fill a shoebox for the above appeal, boxes and leaflets are at the back of church for you to take. Could you please bring your boxes to church on the 6th November wrapped with the leaflet on the front together with £3 towards delivery.

Reverend Simon will bless the boxes before we take them for delivery.
